Scraper Mounting Selection Guide

1)
Standard Adjustable Mountings Most common use, low cost. Manual adjustment for blade wear and correct pressure against the belt. Scraper models: E105-S, E155-S, E205-S, E252-S, E255-S, E305-S, E352-S, E355-S, E705-S and E805-S.
2)
Torsion Arm Mountings Auto compensating for blade wear, varying belt thickness, ease passage of belt fasteners (clips, suitable for reversing belts, refer to installation guide). Single Arm Scraper models: E105-T, E205-T and E705-T. Parallel Arm Scraper models: E155-T, E252-T, E255-T, E305-T, E352-T, E355-T and E805-T

Torsion Twist Tensioners Torsion Twist Tensioners maintain even blade pressure of primary scrapers against head pulleys. Space saving chute side fixing. Accurate positioning required, not receptive to major belt damage, breakage etc. Scraper models: E601-TT, E905-TT, E915-TT, E952-TT and E955-TT.
